IcePDF — Kullanım Şartları

1. Hizmet

IcePDF; PDF görüntüleme, düzenleme, dönüştürme, sıkıştırma, tarama ve yapay zekâ destekli çeviri/sohbet özellikleri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır.

2. Kullanım

Uygulamayı yasalara uygun şekilde ve yalnızca üzerinde hak sahibi olduğunuz belgeler için kullanmayı kabul edersiniz.

3. Yapay Zekâ Özellikleri

AI çeviri ve sohbet özellikleri ücretli kota/kredi/abonelik kapsamında sunulur. İşlenen metin, çeviri amacıyla güvenli sunucu üzerinden AI sağlayıcıya iletilir.

4. Satın Almalar ve Abonelik

Kredi paketleri (tek seferlik) ve Premium abonelik App Store üzerinden satın alınır ve yönetilir. Premium abonelik otomatik yenilenir: ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple Kimliğinize işlenir; abonelik, mevcut dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmedikçe otomatik yenilenir ve yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır. Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Varsa ücretsiz deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı, abonelik satın alındığında geçersiz olur. İadeler Apple politikalarına tabidir.

5. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Çıktıların doğruluğu garanti edilmez; önemli belgelerde sonucu kontrol ediniz.

6. Değişiklikler

Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır.

1. Service

IcePDF is a mobile application offering PDF viewing, editing, conversion, compression, scanning, and AI-powered translation/chat features.

2. Use

You agree to use the app lawfully and only on documents you are entitled to use.

3. AI Features

AI translation and chat features are provided under a paid quota/credit/ subscription model. Processed text is sent to the AI provider through a secure server for the requested operation.

4. Purchases and Subscription

Credit packs (one-time) and the Premium subscription are purchased and managed through the App Store. The Premium subscription auto-renews: payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase; it renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal fee is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Refunds are subject to Apple's policies.

The app is provided "as is." The accuracy of outputs is not guaranteed; please verify results for important documents.
